FULLERTON, Calif. - Cal State Fullerton women's soccer alumna Morgan Bertsch signed a professional contract with SC Braga in Portugal on Tuesday.
Bertsch spent four years as a Titan and ended her career with a stellar senior campaign as she earned Co-Big West Goalkeeper of the Year honors, First-Team All-Big West accolades and was named the Big West Conference Tournament MVP as she led the squad to the NCAA Tournament.
"I am extremely excited for Morgan," head coach Demian Brown said. "This is a product of her hard work and committment and I know that she will be very successful."

In an interview with her club, Bertsch said:
"I'm extremely excited. This is my first professional contract and I look forward to starting this adventure. My first impressions are very good.
I describe myself first as very passionate. I love this sport, I'm very confident in the field and a team player, always doing everything I can for the team."
