FULLERTON, Calif. – Entering his 12th season at the helm of the Cal State Fullerton women's soccer program, head coach Demian Brown released the Titans' 2018 schedule on Monday.

Fullerton will open up with the annual Blue and Orange Scrimmage on Aug. 4 at 2:00 p.m. and officially begins its 26th season when BYU visits Titan Stadium on Friday, Aug. 17. The Cougars tied the Titans 1-1 at South Field in 2017. The match will mark the fifth consecutive year that the Titans will open the season at home and the team will host nine matches overall for the year.

The Titans will remain at home for the opening weekend as they take on Saint Mary's on Aug. 19 at 5:00 p.m. Last year when Fullerton traveled to Moraga, they defeated St. Mary's 3-0.

Following opening weekend, the Titans will travel to Seattle to take on Washington and Seattle University. In 2017, Fullerton opened the season by defeating Seattle 2-0.

Upon their arrival back home, Fullerton will host Auburn on Aug. 31. Auburn comes off a program-record fourth consecutive win in the First Round of the NCAA Tournament. In 2016, Fullerton traveled to Auburn where they suffered a 2-0 loss from the Tigers.

After Auburn, Fullerton will host Fresno State on Sept. 2. Last year, Fullerton traveled to Fresno and defeated the Bulldogs 2-1.

Fullerton will hit the road to Arizona to take on the Wildcats. The University of Arizona women's soccer team wrapped up their 2017 season on Nov. 17 in the second round of the NCAA Tournament, finishing with an 11-5-4 (7-2-2 Pac-12) record. The Wildcats were able to bear down last year as they tallied seven Pac-12 wins, the most in program history, and lost only two Pac-12 matches, the fewest in program history.

The Titans finish their time in Arizona by facing off against Grand Canyon University on Sept. 16. Last year marked the first time the two teams met and Fullerton walked out with a phenomenal 4-0 win over the Lopes.

The final road non-conference match will take place against San Diego on Sept. 21. In 2017, the Titans blanked the Toreros 3-0 at Titan Stadium.

Fullerton's non-conference finale will take place at home as the Titans look to get their redemption against Denver on Sept. 23. Last year, the Pioneers handed Fullerton a devasting 3-2 loss. The match will also take place as a double-header match with Cal State Fullerton men's soccer.

Fullerton will open conference play at home against cross-town rivals, Long Beach State on Sept. 27. Last year, Fullerton set a conference record as the first team qualify for its sixth consecutive Big West Conference Tournament after their redemption win over UC Irvine in the semifinal. With the win over the Matadors on Nov. 5, the Titans progressed to their eighth all-time NCAA appearance as they faced off against No. 11 Pepperdine in Malibu, Calif. and lost 1-0 in the opening round of 64.

Fullerton will host four conference matches at Titan Stadium with the final being against UC Irvine on Oct. 25. The Titans will conclude conference play at Hawai'i on Oct. 28.

The Big West Tournament (Nov. 1 & 4) will be hosted by the Anteaters on the UC Irvine campus.
