FULLERTON, Calif. – After concluding the 2015 fall season with its third straight NCAA Tournament berth, the Cal State Fullerton women's soccer team is ready to hit the pitch again with the announcement of its spring schedule.

"We are excited with the way our spring schedule came together," Cal State Fullerton head coach Demian Brown said. "We are playing a very challenging spring schedule and each match will help prepare us for an exciting fall 2016 season." 

The Titans have a competitive spring ahead of them as they open the season with a tournament on Saturday, Feb. 20. The tournament will pit Fullerton against conference rivals CSUN, UC Riverside and UC Irvine. The games will be played at 9 a.m., 10:30 a.m., and noon at both Titan Stadium and Titan Track.

The following weekend (Feb. 27), Cal State Fullerton will head to UC Santa Barbara to battle it out with the Gauchos at noon before meeting Westmont at 3:30 p.m. 

Fullerton will return to the pitch on Saturday, April 2 as the Titans take on San Diego and Pepperdine at the University of San Diego.

Saturday, April 9 marks the annual Soccer for Hope benefit which is an organization that fights cancer in children. This year, the benefit will be held in conjunction with a pair of Titans women's soccer games. 

First, the Titans go up against Azusa Pacific at 9 a.m. at Titan Track, before closing out the day against Loyola Marymount at 6 p.m., inside Titan Stadium.

Between games, fans are invited to come out at 4 p.m., to watch the Fullerton Rangers and the West Coast Soccer Club. During that time, food trucks will be available as well as "be the match" bone marrow testing for anyone who would like to find out if they are a match. 

The Titans wrap up the spring slate on April 17 at UCLA at 2 p.m.
