With her blast to the low right corner, Krieghoff put away her 17th goal of the year on the penalty kick that was called after Fullerton was whistled for hand ball in the box.

Fullerton outshot the Mustangs, 11-6, but only put three of those attempts were put on frame as Alyssa Giannetti made two saves and the Cal Poly defense also collaborated on a stop.

Fullerton goalkeeper Lindsey Maricic faced four shots on goal, stopping two while her defense also was forced to make a save.
