FRESHMAN (2013) Appeared in 21 matches, starting 18 on the backline for the Titans as Fullerton won its fourth Big West Tournament title and advanced to the NCAA Tournament for the fifth time in program history… helped anchor a Titan defense that led the Big West in goals allowed (17) and goals against average (0.71) while also totaling seven shutouts…was part of a defense that held opponents goalless for over 351 minutes with a 1-0 win over Fresno State (08/25), a scoreless tie with Utah (08/30), a 2-0 victory over Montana (09/01) and a 1-0 loss at Texas Tech (09/06)…took seven shots on the season…assisted on Fullerton’s lone goal in the Titans’ Big West Tournament championship match against UC Riverside as she drilled a cross in front of the goal, and Brianna Chapman redirected it, setting up Nikki McCants’ header to the upper right corner. The match ended in a 1-1 tie before the Titans earned the league’s automatic NCAA Tournament bid by proving victorious in penalty kicks (11/10).
HIGH SCHOOL A 2013 graduate of Los Osos High School in Rancho Cucamonga, Calif...three-year letter winner for the Grizzlies, who currently has tallied three assists as a defender as a senior…helped Los Osos HS to a CIF Division I tournament at-large berth...second-team All-Baseline League selection as a junior, finishing the season with five assists… helped lead Los Osos HS to a CIF Division II title and a CIF regional finals appearance in 2012 as a junior…honorable mention all-league selection as a sophomore, helping the Grizzlies to a CIF Division II quarterfinal spot in 2011.
