Women's Golf Tied for 13th After Two Rounds

Day One Results

SEAL BEACH, Calif. – After two rounds of the Gold Rush Invitaional, Cal State Fullerton is tied for 13th place with a score of 39-over par 615. 

The Titans were led by Felicia Medalla who is tied for 31st place with a score of 7-over par 151 after shooting a 79 in round one and a even par 72 in round two. 

Pauline Welker shot a  9-over par 153, leaving her tied for 43rd place after two rounds while Texie Petchel is tied for 43rd along with Welker after shooting a 74 in round one and a 79 in round two.

Heading into Tuesday's third and final round, Elsa Lundquist is tied for 66th at 14-over par 158. Lisa Djerf finished day one in 78th at 21-over par 158.

The Titans look to improve on their score in the third and final round Tuesday with tee times beginning at 8:00 a.m. PT at the Old Ranch Country Club. You can follow the action at www.golfstat.com. Final results can be found at FullertonTitans.com.
