Fullerton battled back to get the lead back down to a single point at 10-9 with 14 minutes to play, but the Titans went cold from the floor over the next six minutes while UC Davis built its largest lead to that point at six points with 8:48 to go.

Junior Jasmine Scott hit a three-pointer to end Fullerton's scoreless skid, but the Aggies closed out the half strong, using an 11-4 run over the final seven minutes of the period to take a 26-16 advantage at halftime.

Davis' run continued into the second half as the Aggies came out of the locker room on a 13-3 run over the first five-plus minutes, and building their biggest lead of the game at 39-19 with 14:46 to play and they never looked back. Cal State Fullerton closed to within 12 points at 53-41 with 2:22 to play and closed the gap to 11 in the closing seconds on a put-back inside by Richardson.
