FULLERTON, Calif. - After leading the Titans to a win against UC Irvine and playing a key role in the win against Cal Poly, Una Jovanovic received her second Big West Player of the Week title of the season, the conference announced Monday. 

Jovanovic scored 24 points on 11-of-18 shooting for the Titans in their 66-64 overtime victory, handing UCI their first loss in Big West play on Thursday. The sophomore guard scored 17 points on 4-of-8 shooting from the field and was 9-for-10 at the free-throw line aiding their 69-61 win against Cal Poly on Saturday. Between the two games, Jovanovic added four rebounds and 10 assists to her season stat line. 

Jovanovic ranks third in The Big West Conference with 14.8 points per game and has jumped from fifth to fourth place in assists (3.3 per game) since her last nomination. Her dominance from the field and at the free-throw line has continued, ranking third in field goal percentage at 42.7 percent and second in the conference with an 88.8 percent free-throw percentage. 

Next up for the Titans is a road trip to Long Beach State on Thursday. Tip-off is scheduled for 7 p.m. PT.
