FULLERTON, Calif. – Cal State Fullerton women's basketball lost to Long Beach State, 70-42, Thursday night at Titan Gym. With this loss, the Titans drop to 7-10 and 2-6 in Big West play. 

Aixchel Hernandez had a career-high 20 points off the bench for the Titans. Hernandez became a key player for the Titans in the second quarter producing eight of the 10 points. The sophomore shot an impressive 10-of-12 from the field while grabbing four rebounds.

Turnovers plagued the Titans all game as they had 23 which led to 26 points for Long Beach State on the other end.

The Titans look to bounce back on Saturday as they host CSUN at Titan Gym. Tip-off is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. PT.
