FULLERTON, Calif. – Sophomore guard Una Jovanovic has been named Big West Player of the Week, the conference announced Monday. 

Jovanovic led the Titans to a 67-51 victory over UC Davis Saturday, scoring a career-high 26 points on 9-of-14 shooting from the field and a perfect 8-for-8 at the free-throw line. The Santa Clara native added four assists and a career-high 11 rebounds to record her first career double-double. 

Jovanovic ranks third in The Big West Conference with 14.9 points per game and ranks fifth in assists with 3.1 per game. Jovanovic has been extremely efficient from the field and the free-throw line all year, ranking third in the conference in field goal percentage at 40.6 percent and first in free-throw percentage with an impressive 88.9 percent clip. 

The Titans are in action Monday night on the road at CSU Bakersfield. Tip-off is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. PT.
