THIS WEEK
Cal State Fullerton will close out a four-game homestand this week at Titan Gym, playing its final two home games of the season. The Titans (4-21, 1-11) will host CSUN (15-11, 8-4) at 7 p.m., Thursday, before welcoming Hawai'i (8-17, 4-9) at 6 p.m., Saturday.

SENIOR NIGHT
• Prior to Saturday's tip-off, senior center Dhanyel Johnson will be honored in the team's annual senior celebration. In her three years as a Titan, Johnson has played in 76 games, scored 230 points, grabbed 295 rebounds, totaled 22 steals and blocked 15 shots.

WEEKLY UPDATE
With four games and two weeks remaining in the regular season, Cal State Fullerton currently sits at ninth in the Big West Conference standings, trailing UC Irvine - in the eighth spot - by one game. The top eight teams in the league standings advance to the Big West Conference Tournament. The Titans defeated UCI, 64-53, on Jan. 14, at Titan Gym. The teams will meet for the second time this year in the regular season finale at UC Irvine on March 4.
• The Titans' four overall wins in 2016-17 have eclipsed Fullerton's three wins from a season ago. 
• The Titans enter Thursday's game on an eight-game losing streak.
• Fullerton currently has eight players available for game action.
• Cal State Fullerton has not held the lead in a game this season on eight occasions, including the Titans' last three straight games.

IN THE BIG WEST AND MORE
Iman Lathan is averaging 15.6 points per game, ranking fourth in the Big West Conference. She has led the Titans in scoring on 15 occasions this season and has reached the 20-point plateau nine times. 
• Sophomore center Daeja Smith's .508 field goal percentage ranks fifth in the Big West Conference and her 7.4 rebounds per game rate fourth. In addition, Smith's 1.3 blocks per game rank third in the Big West.
• Senior center Dhanyel Johnson averages 6.9 rebounds per game to rank seventh in the Big West.
• The Titans have been outscored 490-341 in the third quarter this season.

CSUN NOTES
CSUN sophomore center Channon Fluker reeled off six straight double-doubles in six straight wins while claiming three straight Big West Conference Player of the Week awards. Fluker averaged 19.4 points and 15.3 rebounds during that stretch, upping her double-double total to 17. That number leads the Big West and ranks fifth in the NCAA.Fluker's scoring, rebounding and blocks binge has her on the verge of one of the Big West's most impressive stat lines. She currently is second in scoring and leads the league in rebounding and blocks. The only player to ever lead the league in all three categories was Cal State Fullerton great Genia Miller, who averaged 29.4 points, 12.3 rebounds and 4.4 blocks in the 1990-91 season.

HAWAI'I NOTES
The Rainbow Wahine (8-17, 4-9) will look to snap a six-game losing streak and earn a season-sweep of UC Irvine when Hawai'i visits the Bren Events Center on Thursday. The 'Bows are 0-6 in the month of February after winning four out of five games to close January. Sarah Toeaina is averaging 15.7 points per game during Big West play and 13.5 overall. Hawai'i has struggled offensively during its six-game skid, averaging 51.8 points per game and shooting 31.9 percent from the field. 

ROSTER UPDATE
Keimeshia Walker has left the women's basketball program and Cal State Fullerton to pursue other opportunities.

THE RETURNERS
Fullerton returns to the floor with just one starter from last year, 5-foot-5 sophomore guard, Jade Vega. In total, the Titans return only three letterwinners with sophomore guard Lauren Nubla and senior center Dhanyel Johnson back on the floor. 

2017 RECRUITING CLASS
The Cal State Fullerton women's basketball team welcomed four commits to the program as high school seniors Laura Dalton, Xinavane Foreman, Carolyn Gill and Mason VanHouten each signed National Letters of Intent to begin their respective collegiate careers at Fullerton for the 2017-18 season, it was announced by fourth-year head coach Daron Park on Nov. 16.

AWARD SEASON
Junior guard Iman Lathan averaged 23.7 points over three games to earn Big West Women's Basketball Player of the Week honors on Dec. 6.The native of Temecula, Calif., led the Titans in scoring in all three games as they went 2-1 overall. For the week, Lathan averaged 6.7 rebounds and 1.3 steals in addition to leading the Titans in scoring.  She also got to the free throw line extensively, making 17 of her 27 attempts.

LAST TIME OUT
An offensive explosion from UC Riverside in the third quarter, coupled with foul trouble for Cal State Fullerton, helped lead the Highlanders to a 75-63 victory on Saturday night at Titan Gym.Lauren Holt led UC Riverside with her first double-double of the season scoring a game-high 20 points to go along with a team-high 10 rebounds, playing all 40 minutes. Michelle Curry added 18 points on an 8-of-10 night from the free-throw line while dishing a game-high seven assists and also nabbing three steals. Simone DeCoud scored 17 points – all in the first half – and added four assists in 40 minutes of action.Iman Lathan led Cal State Fullerton with 14 points, while Jade Vega poured in 13 points to go along with three assists. China Henderson added 11 points and fell one rebound short of a double-double with nine, while Dhanyel Johnson pulled down a game-high 11 rebounds.
