Fullerton, CA - Cal State Fullerton's Michael Farfan has been selected to the second team of the 2006 College Soccer News All-Freshmen squad.

The product of Chula Vista, who came to Fullerton by way of the U.S. Under-17 team in Bradenton, Florida, along with his twin brother, Gabriel, was the Titans' No. 2 scorer with 14 points on 5 goals and 4 assists. He previously was selected the freshman of the year in the Big West Conference and earned a first-team all-conference nod; earned a spot on the NSCAA Far West All-Region second team; and made Top Drawer Soccer Men's College All-Rookie second team.
