Anaheim, Calif. - Cal State Fullerton's men's soccer team is teaming with State Senator Lou Correa and the City of Anaheim for the Green Your Life Festival and Titan Soccer Clinic to be held Saturday, June 20, at Maxwell Park in west Anaheim.
The free soccer clinic begins at 9:30 a.m. and runs until noon. The first 150 youngsters will receive free T-shirts. The adjacent festival promoting Green initiatives runs 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and will feature 30 booths on Green technology and services, a puppet show and scavenger hunts for kids along with a YMCA Kid Zone.
Free drinks and healthy snacks also will be provided. Participants will also have an opportunity to win a free Energy Star Refrigerator, a High Efficiency Toilet, Energy Kits, enrollments in YMCA camps, 9-day summer swimming sessions and more.
Maxwell Park is located at 2650 W. Broadway in Anaheim, just west of Magnolia Ave.
