SAN FRANCISCO, Calif.  – Cal State Fullerton men's soccer tied the best start in program history with a 2-1 win over San Francisco Sunday evening on the road to move to 7-0 on the year.

Fullerton equaled the best start in the history of the program with its seven wins to start the season, tying the 1999 team which also started the season 7-0.

The Titans trailed for only six minutes of action, conceding the first goal of the game for just the third time this season in seven games. Fullerton, however, battled back to score two goals and earn the victory.

Christian Pinzon scored the equalizer in the 54th minute to tie the game at 1-1 early in the second half. It was Pinzon's fifth goal of the season which gave him a team-high at the time.

Just 14 minutes later Oscar Flores scored what would be the game-winning goal in the 68th minute for his fifth goal of the season to tie Pinzon for the team-high.

The Titans return home to Titan Stadium to host Cal Baptist Wednesday at 7:00 p.m PT.
