SOPHOMORE (2012):
As just a sophomore, Ramos earned All Big-West First Team honors while developing into one of the Titans' premier offensive threats in 2012, netting six goals (second on the team) and dishing out a team-leading six assists...his 18 total points were tied for the most on the team and tied for the fifth most in the Big West...averaged 0.86 points per game, the eighth best in the conference...also led the team in shots (42) and shots on goal (20), with a shot on-goal percentage of .476...He played in all 21 games for the Titans, while making 11 starts...was also 2-for-2 on penalty kicks on the year.

FRESHMAN (2011):  Ian Ramos appeared in 13 matches as a true freshman in 2011, three as a starter, and was tied for third on team with two goals – the game winner in Aug. 26 season-opening 1-0 win over Hope International and on Sept. 3 in 5-1 win over UNLV.  

HIGH SCHOOL: Two-time first-team all-state selection as a sophomore and junior midfielder and forward at Lehi High School in Lehi, Utah, for Coach Jerry Priesendorf... scored 19 career goals... had 10 goals in 6 games at the Far West Regionals... team won state championship his junior year and he was 4A MVP and team captain... team MVP and captain as a sophomore... twice state all-tournament pick... nominated for state Gatorade player of the year as a senior despite not competing due to an injury.

CLUB: Played for Inter FC, the Utah Olympic Development Program and the ODP Region IV team.

PERSONAL: Born on July 12, 1992, in Mexico City, Mexico... parents are Julio and Jackie Ramos of Highland, Utah... has a younger brother, Caide (also a Titan teammate)...graphic design major whose goal is to play professional soccer and start a clothing company... enjoys movies and travel... raised in Mexico City and speaks fluent Spanish... most memorable sports thrill was scoring 10 goals in 6 games and winning the 4A state championship... credits Matt Broadhead for teaching him how to understand the game of soccer.
