FORT COLLINS, Colo. – Cal State Fullerton men's golf finished the Ram Masters Tournament in second place on Tuesday with a score of 6-under par 834. The Titans shot a 276 in the final round to maintain their second-place spot.
Howard Yoon led the Titans individually with a tied for second place performance after shooting 5-under par 205. Yoon shot a 68 in round three to move up from fifth place after he shot a 66 and 71 in the first two rounds Monday.
Matthew Schafer finished the third round with an even-par 210 (69-71-71), which left him tied for 10th place. Harry Doig shot a 1-over par 211 to end the tournament tied for 19th place.
Garrett Boe finished the tournament tied for 25th place with a score of 3-over par 213 (75-68-70). Boe was tied for 31st place after the first two rounds of golf on Monday.
Trevor McNary shot a 70 in the final round to end with an 8-over par 218, leaving him tied for 40th place, an improvement from 54th place after 36 holes on Monday.
Colorado State earned first place with a 17-under par 823. Brady McKinlay of Utah Valley led the leaderboard individually, shooting 9-under par 201.
The Titans are back on the links next Monday and Tuesday at the Nick Watney Invitational.
