Team & Individual Results

FULLERTON, Calif. – The 2014-15 Cal State Fullerton men's golf season was highlighted with six top-10 finishes led by all-conference honorable mention selection Ryan Tetrault.

RECOGNITION ON THE LINKS: Tetrault, a native from Villa Park, Calif., was the only Titan to compete in all 10 tournaments this season to post the team's lowest scoring average (74.34). His best result of the year was a ninth-place finish (76-72-68—216, +3) at the Southwestern Intercollegiate in Westlake Village, Calif. at the North Ranch Country Club from Sept. 8-9, 2014.

At the 2015 Big West Championship, Tetrault was the Titans' top finisher with a tie for 20th position (76-72-74-222, +12) at the SLO Country Club on April 26-28 in San Luis Obispo, Calif.

Being a member of last season's historic run into the NCAA Regionals which included Fullerton's first outright Big West Championship and second consecutive overall, Tetrault was recognized on the conference's first team in 2014, while boasting a second team nod in the 2013 campaign. Off the links, Tetrault is a two-time selection on the Spring Big West Academic-Team in both 2013 and 2014.

In total, Tetrault concludes his career tied with Mark Anguiano (2011-14) with the most career rounds (129) and second in both career top 10 results with 14 overall and lowest scoring average (73.17) over a whopping 9,440 strokes. He is also one of two Titans to own the lowest individual third-round score in program history, firing a 65 at the Warrior Princeville Makai Invite from Nov. 4-6, 2013. At the Fullerton-hosted Folino Invitational, Tetrault turned in the third lowest total score (73-70-71—214, -2) in the 2014 event.

FOLINO INVITATIONAL: The Cal State Fullerton men's golf team completed play at the fifth annual Folino Invitational in ninth place at the Industry Hills Golf Club in City of Industry, Calif., on Feb. 16-17. Due to the lack of daylight during the second round in the first day of play, teams completed both the second and final round on Feb. 17 to wrap up the 54-hole tournament.

The Titans tallied a final score of 920 (+56) after firing a third round 22-over 310 and second round 19-over 307. Sacramento State garnered the team championship logging a total score of 875 (+11), wrapping up the event over 20-strokes ahead of the nearest competitor.
