AS A REDSHIRT SENIOR • 2014
Competed in eight events during the 2013-14 season…participated in the golf program's first NCAA Regionals appearance since it was reinstated in 2009-10, carding a 66th-place finish (79-88-77--244, +28)...ended the regular season on a high note, tying for 14th at the Big West Championships (April 27-29) with a two-round score of 147 (+3) as the final round was canceled due to strong winds…in addition, one other top-30 finish was tying for 27th at the Folino Invitational (Feb. 17-18) completing three rounds of play at 15-over-par 231 (79-77-75).

AS A SENIOR • 2013
Sat out the 2012-13 season as a redshirt. . 

AS A JUNIOR • 2012
Played in all 11 events this season for the Titans…average score was 74.375 over 32 rounds…best finish was fourth place at Alvamar Golf Club in Lawrence, Kansas, in September when he shot a 1-under 215 for 54 holes…tied for sixth two weeks later at Monarch Dunes in Nipomo, Calif., with a 2-over-par 215…tied for seventh at Sunbrook Golf Club in St. George, Utah, with a 36-hole score of 1-under 143...placed 15th at the Big West Conference Championships with a 2-over-par 218 for 54 holes…had three sub-70 rounds: a five-under-par 67 at Sunbrook; a 4-under-par 68 at Victoria Country Club in Texas and a 3-under-par 69 in the final round of the Big West event.

AS A SOPHOMORE • 2011
Played in all but one event for the Titans in 2010-11 with an average round of 75.43...best finish was a tie for 11th at the Del Walker Invitational in Long Beach in March where he shot a consistent 216 (74-71-71)...tied for 12th at the Bill Cullum Invitational in Simi Valley with a 217 capped by a season’s best round of 70...had to withdraw from the Folino Invitational due to back problems.

AS A FRESHMAN • 2010
Played 20 rounds over seven tournaments for the Titans’ renewed men’s golf program in 2009-10...he had the second-best scoring average on the team at 75.8 (1,515 strokes)...he had the second-lowest round of the season for the team, a 66 in his third round at the Firestone Grill College Invitational in San Luis Obispo, Calif., on Oct. 6...his best tourney finish was a tie for eighth at the CSU Bakersfield Spring Invitational on March 22-23 with a 5-over par score of 221...at the 2010 Big West Conference Championships he placed 36th with a 21-over par 237, fourth best by a Titan.

HIGH SCHOOL
Was a two-time swimming and golf letterman for Heritage Academy on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina... was a junior national swimmer... made the honor roll his junior and senior seasons.

PERSONAL
Born in Suffern, NY...parents are Todd and Randi Rubzin...sister Emily is an athlete at Los Osos HS in Rancho Cucamonga...has eight IJGT Top 10 finishes to his credit...placed seventh at the 2008 AJGA Tee Up Junior and fifth at the 2008 IJGT Tournament of Champions...was 27th in the AJGA Hanmi Bank Junior Open...attended the Hank Haney International Junior Golf Academy...chose Fullerton for the opportunity to play Division I and for the Mihaylo College of Business and Economics...goal is to play on the PGA Tour.
