FULLERTON, Calif. - Cal State Fullerton men's basketball opened up Friday night's game against Saint Katherine on a 25-3 run and never looked back, ultimately winning 103-52. Six Titans scored in double figures, led by senior guard Austen Awosika's 18 points. Fullerton heads into Big West play on a two-game winning streak.

The Titans (5-10 overall) shot 61.3% (38-62) from the field and assisted on 22 of the 38 baskets. The squad also made 13 three-point field goals on 24 attempts for an impressive percentage of 54.2. They also went 14-17 (82.4%) from the free-throw line.

Awosika filled the box score as he tallied 18 points, eight assists, four steals and four rebounds in 22 minutes. He scored 10+ for the 13th time this season and dished out 4+ assists for the seventh time. Senior forward Davon Clare posted a career-high 16 points and tied his career high with three three-point field goals. He has made three threes in each of the last two games. Clare also chipped in six rebounds, two assists and a block. Senior guard Brandon Kamga had 16 points and nine rebounds off the bench. Redshirt sophomore guard Daniel Venzant scored a career-high 15 points and junior forward Johnny Wang had 12 points for a career high as well. Senior forward Jackson Rowe played 20 minutes and contributed 11 points and five rebounds.

Next up, Fullerton begins Big West play on Jan. 9, hosting the Hawai'i Rainbow Warriors at 7 p.m. PT on ESPN3.
