FULLERTON, Calif. --- Cal State Fullerton returns home to take on Long Beach State at Titan Gym. Tipoff is set for 7:30 p.m. and is part of a doubleheader with Titans women's basketball.

TICKETS & PROMOTIONS - DOUBLEHEADER

Cal State Fullerton students receive free admission to Titan home games with their Titan I.D. card.

Saturday's men's basketball game is part of a doubleheader with women's basketball. Prior to the men's team taking on the 49ers, the Titans women's basketball team will face Cal Poly at 5 p.m. Fans that buy a ticket to the women's basketball game vs. Cal Poly get into the men's basketball game vs. Long Beach State for FREE (General Admission Seating).  With the purchase of a Women's Basketball ticket, fans can stay for the Men's Basketball game and sit in Sections F, G, or H.

Tickets for Women's Basketball vs. Cal Poly will go on sale at Titan Gym at 4:00pm until 6:00pm.  Men's Basketball tickets will be sold at Titan Gym beginning at 6:00pm.  Ticket sales at the Box Office at Titan Gym are CASH ONLY!  Purchase single game tickets in advance for Women's and Men's Basketball by clicking HERE.

COACHES POWERING FORWARD FOR AUTISM

The Cal State Fullerton coaching staff will be wearing a puzzle-piece pin in order to raise awareness and show support for the 1-in-68 children on the Autism spectrum. Coaches Powering Forward for Autism was created in 2014 after NCAA Coaches Pat Skerry and Tom Herrion embarked on a mission to raise awareness of autism. Today, nearly 300 coaches and their staffs support individuals living with autism through the Coaches Powering Forward for Autism campaign.

Saturday night's game vs. Long Beach State will be broadcast on ESPN3 with Tim Becwar (PXP), Bill Herenda (Analyst) and Sanaz Tavassol (Sideline) on the call. The Titans will make a total of 11 television appearances during the 2016-17 season. The breakdown includes seven appearances via ESPN3, two on Fox Sports Prime Ticket, one on the Pac-12 Network, and one on the Mountain West Network.

The Titans and 49ers wrap up their season series Saturday at Titan Gym. The 49ers are coming off a 78-71 road victory at UC Riverside and have won five of their last six games. Guard Evan Payne currently leads the team with a 15.3 points per game scoring average.

Head-To-Head:

The Titans and 49ers meet for the second time this season and 115th time overall. The 49ers currently hold a 70-44 advantage. Long Beach State has won six straight meetings against Fullerton. The Titans last win over the 49ers came on March 1, 2014; a 84-76 win at Titan Gym.

Last Meeting:

Cal State Fullerton rallied from a 10-point deficit to tie the game but Long Beach State pulled away late and came away with a 76-65 Big West Conference victory over the Titans on Jan. 26 at the Walter Pyramid in Long Beach, Calif. Kyle Allman led the Titans with 15 points on 5-for-12 shooting while Khalil Ahmad and Jackson Rowe added 11 apiece. Justin Bibbins led the 49ers with 26 points on 7-for-13 shooting. Fullerton outrebounded Long Beach State 38-34 including a 19-7 edge on the offensive glass but the Titans shot just 35.4 percent from the field while the 49ers hit 52.2 percent of their shots including a 45 percent clip (9-for-20) from beyond the arc. The 49ers also protected the rim all night, registering 10 blocked shots on the night with four coming from Roschon Prince and three from Mason Riggins.

TITANS AND CONFERENCE PLAY

Cal State Fullerton is in its 43rd season as a member of the Pacific Coast Athletic Association/Big West Conference and holds an overall record of 294-391 all-time. The PCAA changed its name to the Big West Conference in the 1988-89 season and since then, the Titans hold a 191-288 record.  Fullerton won regular season titles in 1975-76 (PCAA) and 2007-08 (Big West) and conference tournament championships in 1977-78 (PCAA) and 2007-08 (Big West). From 1967-74, CSF played in the California Collegiate Athletic Association and posted a 24-36 mark.

LAST TIME OUT - UC DAVIS 74, CAL STATE FULLERTON 65

Cal State Fullerton struggled in the second half and fell to first-place UC Davis, 74-65, in a Big West Conference game Wednesday night at The Pavilion in Davis, Calif. The Titans (10-12, 4-5) shot just 34.7 percent in the second half against the Aggies (15-9, 7-2), who remained undefeated at home. Tre' Coggins led the way for Fullerton with 16 points and five rebounds while Jackson Rowe added 11 points, six rebounds and three assists. Lionheart Leslie scored 10 on 5-for-7 shooting in 17 minutes of action.

TRE'IGHT HUNDRED

Senior guard Tre' Coggins will be playing in his 50th game as a Titan on Saturday night. He is currently sitting on 799 points for his Fullerton career. His next point will give him 800 in his two seasons with the Titans. Overall including his time at Air Force, Coggins has played in 107 games, making 68 starts and has logged 2,741 minutes. He's scored 1,305 points to go along with 90 steals and 185 assists in his NCAA Division I career. This season, Coggins leads the Titans and the Big West Conference in scoring at 17.4 points a game and is ranked 25th in the nation in 3-pointers made per game, averaging 3.10.

LESLIE APPROACHING MILESTONE

Lionheart Leslie has scored 478 points in his two seasons at Cal State Fullerton. He is 22 away from 500 and will be playing in his 52nd career game with the Titans. He logged his 20th career double-digit scoring game and ninth of the season in Wednesday night's loss at UC Davis. He is currently second on the team in scoring at 10.7 ppg.

ACTION JACKSON

Freshman Jackson Rowe continues his excellent freshman campaign for the Titans. He's started in all 22 games for Fullerton and is tied for third on the team in scoring at 10.5 points per game. He logged his 14th double-digit scoring game of the season on Wednesday at UC Davis, a mark that ranks second on the team behind only leading scorer Tre' Coggins' 17 double-digit scoring games. He also currently leads the Big West Conference in field goal percentage, shooting 57 percent on the season. He's also second on the team in 3-point percentage, hitting 38.9 percent of his attempts from deep. His 17 blocked shots are also tops on the team and are tied for seventh in the conference. Rowe has also spearheaded Fullerton's rebounding, leading the squad at 6.5 boards a game and 2.1 offensive rebounds per game, a mark that ranks sixth in the conference. 

TITANS TEAM RANKS

The Titans are second in the Big West Conference in blocks per game (3.8) and total blocks (84), defensive rebounds per game (27.55) and overall rebounding at 38.32 a game. Additionally, Fullerton is ranked third in the Big West in scoring average (75.3 ppg), second in field goal percentage (45.7%), and field goal percentage defense (42.1%).

PAINT BY NUMBERS

Cal State Fullerton has outscored its opponents 712-547 in the paint this season. The Titans have been outscored in the paint just three times this season, the last time coming on Jan. 14 at UC Irvine.

The Titans will head to UC Riverside on Thursday, Feb. 16 to take on the Highlanders. Fullerton lost the first meeting between the teams this season, 71-63, on Jan. 18.
