TITANS `09: Was granted a redshirt season as he recovered from a broken leg suffered in the fall of 2008. Was named the MVP of the Northwoods Summer League following the 2009 collegiate season.



TITANS `08: Played in 49 games, 41 of thos appearances came as a starter • Split time between second base (19 games) and designated hitter roles • Had started in all but three of the Titans' games until May 2 when he was hit by a pitch on his left elbow by UC Santa Barbara's Mike Ford in his first at bat of the series • After being hit on May 2, he missed the next three games and started just 2 of the Titans' final 17 games • Finished fifth on the team in hitting with a .302 average • Posted 13 multi-hit games including a season-best three-hit effort on Apr. 22 vs. No. 6 Arizona State • Drove in multiple runs on nine occasions including four 3-RBI efforts • Had a seven-game hitting streak from Mar. 28 to Apr. 6 where he batted .314 (11-for-35) with nine RBI and four runs scored • His only home run of the year came on Mar. 30 vs. UC Riverside, capping a 2-for-3, 3-RBI effort.

CAMARILLO HS: Lettered three years at Camarillo High School in Camarillo, Calif., for Head Coach Richard Jaquez • Was a three-time All-Pacific View League first-teamer, never hitting lower than .440 in his high school career • In his first year at the varsity level in 2004, hit .453 with three home runs and 32 RBI • Posted his best year in 2005 for the Scorpions, with 10 home runs and 41 RBI while hitting .457 his junior year • Earned first-team All-CIF, Ventura County MVP and league MVP honors in 2005 • Hit for the cycle on Apr. 19, 2005, at Hueneme High School going 4-for-4 with five RBI and 2 runs scored • Hit .440 with 3 homers and 38 RBI as a senior in 2006 helping the Scorpions to a league championship and berth into the CIF playoffs • Earned the Camarillo High School Community Service Athlete Award in 2006.
