AZUSA, Calif. --- Senior Ifunanya Gwacham and junior Jordan Agnew competed in the first four events of the heptathlon on Wednesday as part of the CA Invitational Combined Events meet at Cougar Stadium on the campus of Azusa Pacific University.
Gwacham concluded the day in 35th place with a total of 2,712 points. Her top performance of the day scored 790 points as she finished the 100 meter hurdles in a time of 15.40.
Agnew ended the day in 51st place with 2,358 points, totaling 717 points in the 200 meters with a time of 26.94.
The heptathlon will conclude on Thursday, while the Titans will also compete in the Beach Pacific Coast Invite in Long Beach, the Bryan Clay in Invitational in Azusa and the Mt. SAC Relays in Torrance.
