OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD SENIOR (2014): Mainly ran the 400-meter hurdles for the Titans during the 2014 outdoor track and field season... competed in the 400m hurdles eight times with her best mark of 1:03.15 coming at the Big West Championships when she placed fourth... she posted her highest finish (3rd) of the season at the Cal/Nevada Championships on April 5 when she finished with a time of 1:04.42... also ran the 4x400m relay race once, but the relay team did not finish due to the baton being dropped.

INDOOR TRACK & FIELD SENIOR (2014): Sebastian competed in one event for the Titans during the 2014 indoor track and field season... in the 400-meter dash she ran a 1:00.34 to finish second in her heat at the Northern Arizona Team Challenge. 

OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD JUNIOR (2013): Competed in seven outdoor track and field events for the Titans during the 2013 season…mainly competing in the women’s 400-meter hurdles…top time for the season was 1:03.33 at the Big West Championships on May 10-11…best finish of the season came at the Steve Scott Invite on Apr. 27-28, where she finished third with a final time of 1:03.41.

PASADENA CITY COLLEGE
Competed in the 400-meter and the 4x400-meter relay her freshman year and competed in the 400-meter hurdles and 4x400-meter relay her sophomore season.

JOHN W. NORTH HIGH SCHOOL
Was on the track and field team her sophomore year and ran the 400 and 800-meter.

PERSONAL
Born in Riverside, Calif....parents are Anthony and Timel, has an older brother Timothy and an older sister Tyema...currently majoring in communications and eventually wants to become a broadcaster in the entertainment industry...in her free time Tenia likes to eat, hike, and swim.
