INDOOR TRACK & FIELD JUNIOR (2014): Competed in two events for the Titans during the 2014 indoor track and field season... she competed inthe women's 3000-meter run twice posting her best time of 10:52.13 on Feb. 7 at the Husker Invitational to finish 19th... her other 3000-meter run she placed 19th at the University of Washington Invitational with a time of 10:39.77.
OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD SOPHMORE (2013): Competed in six outdoor track and field events for the Titans during the 2013 season…her best time came at the Beach Invite on Apr. 19-20 with a time of 4:52.85, where she finished in 60th place…her best finish came at the Pomona Preview on Mar. 1-2, with an eighth place finish…in the 3000-meter Manzo finished with a time of 10:41.34 at the Spring Break Invite on Mar. 22-23…at the Ben Brown Invitational on Mar. 8-9 in the 5000-meter she ran an personal top time of 18:48.57, placing 11th.
CROSS COUNTRY SOPHOMORE (2012): Competed in five cross country meets for the Titans..posted a 5k time of 19:01.3 over a 5k course at the Titan Invitational on Oct.19 to finish 37th (23 points)...posted her best 6k time of 22:34.5 at the Big West Conference Championships on Oct.27 to finish 57th overall...ran for the Titans at the NCAA West Regionals with a time of 23:09, finishing 186th overall.
CROSS COUNTRY FRESHMAN (2011): Ran in five of the Titans six team cross country meets on the season... posted a 5K time of 19:12.24 to finish 86th (68 points) at the Bill Dellinger Invitational on Oct. 1... followed that up two weeks later with a season-best time of 22:38.28 to place 20th (18 points) at the Northridge Invitational and help the Titans to a fourth-place finish... also broke 23 minutes two other times at the Big West Conference Championships (22:39.7, 49th) on Oct. 29 and UC Riverside Invitational (22:56.3, 100th) on Sept. 17.
RIDGEVIEW HIGH SCHOOL
Ran cross country for three seasons under head coach Ada Setser and track for four years... twice named Kern County cross country Runner of the Year in 2008 and 2009... finished third in the CIF Central Section three-straight years... helped the Wolfpack to an undefeated record in league races all three seasons and won 16-of-20 league meets in track over her four prep seasons... four-time all-area selection in track... first-team all-area selection in cross country as a senior.
