OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD FRESHMAN (2014): Was one of the top Titan sprinters during the 2014 outdoor track and field season... primarily ran the 100m, 200m, and 4x100m relay for Fullerton... held the top three times for the Titans in the 100-meter dash... her personal best time of 11.64 came at the UC Riverside Invitational on March 29 where she placed first... recorded six first place finishes during her rookie campaign... in the 200-meter dash she held the second best time on the team when she finished second at the Ben Brown Invitational on March 15 with a time of 23.83... also was part of the 4x400m relay team that recorded a season-best 45.22 at the UC Riverside Invitational on March 29 to finish second... Brown had 13 top-five finishes during the 2014 season.
INDOOR TRACK & FIELD FRESHMAN (2014): Competed in all, but one meet for the Titans during the 2014 indoor track and field season... was one of the top sprinters on the team and broke the school record in the 60-meter dash at the MPSF Championships with a time of 7.40... her time of 7.40 in the 60-meter dash also ranked 37th nationally in the indoor season... finished first at the Boise State Team Challenge with a time of 7.51... also held the top five times in the 200-meter dash with her best performance of 24.13 coming on Jan. 24 at the University of New Mexico Cherry & Silver Collegiate... was also part of the fourth place 4x400m relay team at the MPSF Championship when they finished with a mark of 3:50.16... Brown had six first-place finishes in the 60 and 200-meter combined during her rookie campaign.
WESTCHESTER HIGH SCHOOL Four year varsity letter winner in track and field and basketball at Westchester high school… set personal bests in the 100m (11.69) and 200m (24.2) as a Comet under head coach Taco Wallace... was the City Section Champion in the 100m and 200m during her senior season.
PERSONAL Born in Los Angeles, Calif…. mom is Kimberly… has seven siblings, including five brothers (Joshua, Matthew, Eric, Aaron, and Dejon) and two sisters (Scharonna, Faith)… wants to run for Nike and compete in the Olympics… currently undecided on a major…chose Fullerton because of Coach Copper’s coaching style… lists playing basketball, bowling, and spending time with her family among some of her hobbies.
