OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD FRESHMAN (2014): Shorty excelled in the women's 200-meter, but it wasn't until the end of the season when she showed what she really could do... she produced a personal best time of 23.55 in the 200-meter quarterfinals at the NCAA West Regionals... the time ended up being the third-fastest in the conference and it was also a .3 second reduction from her previous season-best time of 23.85 in the NCAA West prelims, which she set the day before... she finished first three different times during the season, including first-place finishes at the Big West Championship (23.86), Steve Scott Invite (24.20), and Big West Challenge (25.17)... was also part of the 4x100m and 4x400m relay teams, including the first place 4x100m relay team at the Big West Championships (45.33). 

INDOOR TRACK & FIELD FRESHMAN (2014): Competed in three events all at the Northern Arizona Team Challenge for the Titans during the 2014 indoor track and field season... in the women's 200-meter dash she placed fourth in heat five with a time of 26.40... in the women's 400-meter dash she placed third in her heat with a time of 57.05 also at the Northern Arizona meet... in her final event of the meet she ran the women's 4x400m relay and placed fourth with a time of 3:57.39.
