FULLERTON, Calif. – Titan Gym's home opener is 53 days away, but season tickets for the 2016-17 men's and women's basketball campaigns are currently on sale through the Cal State Fullerton Athletics Ticket Office.

Men's Basketball || 2016-17 Schedule || 2016-17 Schedule (PDF)
The Cal State Fullerton men's basketball schedule features a seven-game non-conference slate at Titan Gym which includes Portland State, Nebraska-Omaha, Pacific, Southern Utah and Portland.

Fourth-year head coach Dedrique Taylor welcomes back five returners from last year's squad highlighted by 2016 Big West Conference Freshman of the Year Khalil Ahmad and 2016 Big West Conference honorable mention selection Tre' Coggins.

Also returning is sophomore guard Kyle Allman, Jr., senior guard Lionheart Leslie, senior forward Tim Myles and redshirt freshman guard Jamal Smith.

The squad will also feature 12 newcomers, nine of which are listed at 6-foot-5 and above including three centers listed at 6-foot-10 and above, giving the Titans a lot of length and a lot of depth for the upcoming season. Titan fans will get their first opportunity to see the squad in action at the annual Blue-Orange Scrimmage, which will be held Saturday, Oct. 22 at 11 a.m. at Titan Gym. Admission will be free.

The Titans will host 17 of their 30 games at Titan Gym with a non-conference slate that welcomes Idaho, Montana, Loyola Marymount, Pepperdine and Columbia to Titan Gym.

In non-conference action, Fullerton will play two teams that appeared in the postseason a year ago, and four programs that boasted winning records as well as four teams from the Big Sky Conference, three from the West Coast Conference, two from the Mountain West Conference, one from the Summit League and one from the Ivy League.

The Titans welcome back four returners and two redshirts from 2015-16, and have added four newcomers to the roster.

Sophomore guard Jade Vega is the team's leading returning scorer after averaging 7.6 points per game a year ago, while guards Iman Lathan and Jordan Jackson are expected to add depth to the backcourt after redshirting the 2015-16 season.
