MOSCOW, Ida. - Cal State Fullerton wrapped up their season opening weekend with a 3-1 (27-25, 27-25, 18-25, 25-23) win over the host Vandals at the Idaho Volleyball Classic.
Felicia Marshall led the charge matching her career-high with 20 kills as well as 12 digs for her first double-double of the year. Julia Crawford continued her dominant weekend with another double-double posting 17 kills and 19 digs. Elizabeth Schuster remained perfect with her third double-double in as many games posting 44 assists and 13 digs.

Alicia Dennis recorded a career-high 12 kills while Haley Carmo matched her career-best with eight.
The match started off back-and-forth between the two teams as nobody could really get a run going, but ultimately Fullerton came out on top taking the first set 27-25.
Idaho responded with a dominant set second set jumping out to a 23-16 lead. However, the Titans fought all the way back going on an 11-2 scoring run to win the second set 27-25 once again.
The Vandals would control the third set as the Titans would fall 18-25 unable to complete the sweep, but Fullerton would bounce back and outlast Idaho in the fourth set.

The 2-1 Titans will be back in action next weekend as they head to Chicago State for the Windy City Invitational.
