FULLERTON, Calif. - The Cal State Fullerton women's tennis team returns to action on Friday, participating in the three-day Beach Tennis Tournament on the campus of Long Beach State.

Third-year head coach Dianne Matias brings back five letterwinners from a year ago, as well as one returning redshirt and four incoming freshmen for the 2015-16 campaign.

ROSTER
Rebekkah Ermac is the only senior on the roster while the Titans boast an experienced junior class of Big West All-Conference selections Alexis Valenzuela and Camille De Leon as well as redshirt junior Emilia Borkowski. Danielle Pham is the only sophomore on the squad and the freshmen include Isabel Donaldson, Carolen Fararji, Masako Makiba, Sarah Nuno and Karla Portalatin.

TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE
Play will begin on Friday with two flights of doubles action, followed by four flights of singles play. The day will end with the second round of doubles competition. On Saturday, the day will begin with one round of doubles play followed by singles action throughout the afternoon. Championship and consolation matches will take place on Sunday.

SINGLES FLIGHT
Camille De Leon will play Wisconsin's Sydney Ryder in Flight A singles action on Friday, while Alexis Valenzuela will play Montana's Francis Dean, also in Flight A. Freshman Sarah Nuno will play in her first match as a Titan against Lidia Dukic of Montana in Flight B. In the same flight, freshman Masako Makiba will have her hands full with Long Beach State's Laura Eales, a two-time all-Big West Conference doubles pick. In Flight C, Emilia Borkowski will play Grand Canyon's Lana Rinaldi, while Danielle Pham will play Portland State's Taylor Rees. In Flight D, freshman Carolen Fararji will play Stanzi Stuijt of Montana.

DOUBLES FLIGHTS
Doubles teams for the weekend will include Valenzuela and De Leon and Makiba and Nuno in Flight A, while Donaldson and Fararji will partner in Flight B as well as Borkowski and Pham.
