FULLERTON, Calif. - Cal State Fullerton will host four home events during the 2015 season highlighted by one of the most prestigious softball tournaments in the country, the Judi Garman Classic held from Mar. 5-8 at Anderson Family Field in Fullerton Calif.

The Judi Garman Classic features a star-studded field with 14 top programs, headlined by the 2014 National Champion Florida Gators. No. 3 Oregon (2014 final rankings), No. 9 Baylor, No. 11 Michigan, No. 13 Arizona State, No. 14 Arizona, No. 18 Auburn, Fresno State, Iowa, Long Beach State, Pacific, San Diego State and San Jose State round out one of the most competitive collegiate events the nation has to offer.

The Titans will open the season tri-hosting the So Cal Collegiate Challenge alongside UCLA and Big West rival Long Beach State. The tournament held from Feb. 6-8 is highlighted by No. 25 Notre Dame, in which the Titans and Fighting Irish will square off on a pair of occasions.

Visitors to Cal State Fullerton will include Boise State, Northwestern, Portland State, Southern Utah, Utah Valley and Wichita State.

After being tabbed as an opening tournament for the past two seasons, the Titans will host the two-day Easton Tournament on Mar. 13-14 as the sixth and final tournament of the regular season prior to the start of conference play. The five-team field features No. 21 Nebraska, Boise State, Charleston Southern and DePaul. Reserve Your Tickets for the Softball Leadoff Dinner!

Cal State Fullerton invites you to the 2015 Titan Softball Leadoff Dinner, scheduled for 6 p.m., Friday, Jan. 30, 2015 at the Spring Field Banquet Center. The third annual Leadoff Dinner event is a great chance for fans to meet the 2015 Titans softball team members and get to know head coach Kelly Ford and her staff. The program features some terrific silent auction items, while all proceeds from the event will directly benefit the softball program.

This year the program will feature two special guest speakers, one of which will be former Titan Hall of Fame head softball coach Judi Garman who was the nation's winningest collegiate coach when she retired after the 1999 season with a 913-376-4 (.708) record in 20 seasons.

The final guest speaker will be Jenny Topping, a four-time first-team All-American, three-time Big West Conference Player of the Year at Cal State Fullerton from 2001-03, and also a member of the 2004 Gold Medal United States Olympic Softball Team that was inducted into the U.S. Olympic Hall of Fame's Class of 2012.
