Cal State Fullerton will host four tournaments during the 2014 season including one of the nation's premier events, the Judi Garman Classic, this year from March 6 through 9.

The event will feature 12 teams who compete over the four days in pre-arranged schedules (there is no round-robin or bracket structure) so while there will be no champion crowned, the event features several of the nations best programs.

The Titans will once again host the Easton Tournament to kick-off their 2014 campaign, however it will be a smaller event with seven teams in attendance from Friday, Feb. 7 through Sunday, Feb. 9, and includes the 2013 National Champion Oklahoma Sooners.

Participating in the Long Beach Louisville Slugger Invitational, Cal State Fullerton will act as co-host with their Big West rival 49ers and will welcome Oregon State, Louisville, Northwestern, Nevada and Illinois during three days as Anderson Family Field from Thursday, Feb. 27 through Saturday, March 1.

The final tournament will be held on the traditional weekend of the Judi Garman Classic, but will be a two-day affair featuring only DePaul, UNLV and Texas Tech in round robin action with Cal State Fullerton. The event is being hailed as the Titan Classic Tournament. (You fans who just can't do without a softball tournament in the middle of March are in luck.)

Note that tournament schedules are set, but that changes often do occur. Also note that, while we've spread games out in many cases (to a two and a half hour interval) start times for tournament games in the sport of softball are really suggestions as to what time we think games will get underway. For best results, arrive early and stay late!

The Titans season gets underway with a 1 p.m. start time vs. Loyola Marymount on Friday, Feb. 7 as part of the Easton weekend.
