FULLERTON, Calif. - Cal State Fullerton women's soccer trailed 2-0 at halftime against the Houston Cougars but came all the way back to win 3-2 in the 106th minute. Fullerton's goals came from seniors Atlanta Primus and Maddie Bennett (2).
Houston took the lead at the 35:41 mark as Julissa DePaoli played a through ball from the left side right up the center of the field as Nolin Parker made a run into the 18-yard box. Parker took a touch and slotted the ball into the side net.
The Cougars doubled the lead right before halftime from a corner kick at the 44:49 mark. DePaoli scored this time as Jazmin Grant took the corner kick and Natalie Anderson flicked it towards the near post. DePaoli was in the right place at the right time and headed it home.
Primus pulled one back in the 52nd minute as she won a penalty kick then stepped up and buried it from the spot. She has now scored three goals this year in three straight games and has 16 for her career.

Bennett then tied the game in the 83rd minute off Sarah Davidson's corner kick, netting her fourth and fifth goals of the season.

For the match-winning goal in the 106th, Primus played a through ball to Bennett who was 1v1 with the goalkeeper and calmly slotted it past her to secure the win.
Next up, the Titans play Kansas State at 4 p.m. PT on Sunday at Titan Stadium. The men's squad plays Utah Valley after the women at 7 p.m. PT.

PARKING
CSUF requires a parking permit for all weekday games. Beginning July 1st, parking on campus will be $10 for an All-Day permit Monday through Thursday 7:00 am to 10:00 pm Friday until 5pm. After 5pm on Friday, Permits are not required, as well as on the weekend. Park and Pay stalls Monday through Thursday 7:00 am to 10:00 pm (Friday until 5pm) are $4 for 1-hour, $8 for 2-hours. Permits can be purchased in parking lots at the permit machines and accept only major credit cards.
