FULLERTON, Calif. - It was a dream start for Cal State Fullerton women's soccer as they scored three goals in the first 17 minutes of the game against Northern Colorado to ultimately win 5-0 Fullerton's goals were courtesy of seniors Taylor Salgado, Atlanta Primus, Maddie Bennett (2) and freshman Megan Day. Head coach Demian Brown and his squad moved to 2-1 on the year.
Salgado opened up the scoring at the 6:01 mark of the first half off a corner kick, the third goal of the season for the Titans off a corner kick. It was her first collegiate goal and the assists were credited to Primus and freshman Meghan Schroh.

Primus scored her first of the season and the 14th of her career at the 15:56 mark of the first half. She was assisted by junior Haley Brown.

Just seconds later at the 16:14 mark the Titans scored again, this time Brown assisted Bennett for her second goal of the season.

Bennett scored her second goal of the game and third of the season at the 32:04 as the Northern Colorado defender failed to clear it and Bennett took advantage of the opportunity.

At the 62:48 mark, Day got in on the fun. CSF took advantage of another corner kick as Day headed home Primus' delivery into the box for her second assist of the game and the fourth of the season. She now has 15 assists on her career, tied for the ninth-best mark in program history.

PARKING
CSUF requires a parking permit for all weekday games. Beginning July 1st, parking on campus will be $10 for an All-Day permit Monday through Thursday 7:00 am to 10:00 pm Friday until 5pm. After 5pm on Friday, Permits are not required, as well as on the weekend. Park and Pay stalls Monday through Thursday 7:00 am to 10:00 pm (Friday until 5pm) are $4 for 1-hour, $8 for 2-hours. Permits can be purchased in parking lots at the permit machines and accept only major credit cards.
