Women's Basketball Welcomes Fujika Nimmo

FULLERTON, Calif. - Cal State Fullerton head women's basketall coach Jeff Harada has added Fujika Nimmo to the program for the upcoming 2021-22 season. Nimmo joins the Titans after spending the previous two seasons at Florida International University.

"We are really fortunate to sign a player of Fuji's caliber," Harada said. "She is a proven playmaker and a three-level scorer who can create for herself and for her teammates. She brings some much needed experience at the guard position and her skill set fits perfectly with our style of play. More than that, she is a young woman of high character with the strong family values and work ethic we want in our program. We are beyond excited she chose to come out West to join our Titan Ohana!"

A native of Daveport, Fla., Nimmo played in 28 games and started 20 for the 2020-21 season. She was third on the FIU squad in scoring at 12.5 points per game to go with 2.9 assists and 2.5 rebounds per game.
