FULLERTON, Calif. – The 2015 Cal State Fullerton men's soccer team will feature 17 new additions to the squad that won the program's first-ever Big West Conference Tournament in 2014.
Throughout the summer, FullertonTitans.com will "Get to Know" the newest Titans, that will step on campus for the 2015-16 academic year.
The third Titan signee to join FullertonTitans.com for a Q&A is forward Brandon West.

FullertonTitans.com: What made you ultimately decide to attend Cal State Fullerton and play for the Titans?
Brandon West: Quite honestly, I received several offers from several different colleges but the mere fact that Coach Kuntz put in the time and effort to speak to me and my family personally convinced me that Cal State Fullerton was the right place. His aims and goals for the team fit perfectly with my ambitions.
FT: What position do you play, and what is your favorite aspect about playing that position?
BW: I am a forward. I like being the focal point of our offensive play, and quite frankly, I love scoring goals.
FT: What will the Titan fans expect to see from you on the field in 2015?
BW: They will see 100-percent effort, and a real team player. I take instructions and try to execute them to the best of my ability. I always strive to be better, with an aim to learn as much as I possibly can.
FT: What do you plan on studying in college and why?
BW: I have decided to study business because if I do not achieve my soccer dreams, I believe I will be involved in soccer at the business end at least.
FT: If you had a chance to spend the day with anyone throughout history, who would it be, and why?
BW: Nelson Mandela because of his total selflessness.
FT: What is your hidden talent?
BW: I'm sure I have one, but I haven't found it yet.

Your favorite all-time sports moment: Watching the Brazilian national team play live in 2006, with the likes of Ronaldinho, Kaka, Ronaldo, Robinho and many more was an amazing experience.
