With the win, Cal State Fullerton has produced a five-game winning streak for the first time since the 2011-12 season, and the Titans will enter Big West play on Thursday with an 8-7 non-conference record. Seattle falls to 7-8 with the loss.
Harris led the Titans with 19 points, scoring 17 in the first half, while knocking down three three-pointers and dishing a game-high six assists.
Morgan poured in 17 points on 7-of-14 shooting, also draining three buckets from long distance and adding six rebounds and two steals.
In addition, Lanerryl Johnson contributed 13 points off the bench on 5-of-7 shooting as the third Titan to sink three baskets from beyond the arc while also adding three assists.
Steve McClellan led the Titans with seven rebounds and chipped in six points.
Jack Crook led Seattle with a game-high tying 19 points, while former Titan Isiah Umipig finished the game with 11 points after being held scoreless in the first half.
The Titans used platoon substituting in the first period to push the tempo as Cal State Fullerton held a 38-23 advantage at the break led by Harris' 17-point effort.
The senior shot 6-of-9 from the floor and 3-of-4 from three-point range in the first 20 minutes.
Fullerton's 38 points, six three-pointers and 15-point halftime lead all set first-half season highs for the Titans. In addition, CSF shot 51.7 percent (15-of-29) from the floor and 50.0 percent (6-of-12) from three-point range in the first period.
The Titans also scored 14 points off Seattle's nine turnovers in the first half as well.
Fullerton's lead doubled, 18-9, at the 12:36 mark of the first half as Harris knocked down a bucket from beyond the arc on the left wing. Harris' trey was part of a 20-3 run by Fullerton that was capped by a Harris steal and lay-in as the Titans held a commanding 25-9 advantage with 10:52 remaining until the break.
Harris scored the first 10 points of the game for Cal State Fullerton.
In the second half, Fullerton was able to build its lead to 19 points, 42-23, with 19:04 left to play before Seattle cut that advantage to 46-35 on a 12-4 run as the Redhawks nailed two three-pointers and knocked down four free throws during that stretch. Seattle, however, would never crack Fullerton's lead to single digits in the second half.
The Titan lead expanded to a game-high 20 points, 63-43, at the 05:50 mark as Johnson and Morgan combined for 13 points over a three-minute stretch late in the game.
Cal State Fullerton shot 46.7 percent (28-of-60) from the floor for the game and matched a season high knocking down nine three-pointers.
Seattle shot 45.8 percent (22-of-48) from the floor and held a slim 32-30 rebounding advantage. The Titans scored 18 points off Seattle's 14 turnovers.
The Titans return to action at 7 p.m., Thursday, at UC Riverside to begin Big West Conference play. Cal State Fullerton returns to Titan Gym on Thursday, Jan. 15 hosting UC Irvine with the game televised on Fox Sports Prime Ticket.
