FULLERTON, Calif. – Cal State Fullerton returns to the diamond on Saturday at UNLV as part of the Titans' fall schedule.
CSF will play two of its three fall dates at Earl E. Wilson Baseball Stadium on the campus of UNLV on Saturday (1 p.m.) and Sunday (noon).
The exhibition games will be nine innings, but extra innings could be added on either day so that more players can see playing time.
Admission is free of charge this weekend at Earl E. Wilson Stadium, and Titan fans not in Las Vegas can watch at UNLVRebels.com via live streaming (fee required).
Fullerton returns to the field after finishing the 2012 season with a record of 36-21, and ending the season with a 3-0 loss to Austin Peay in the Eugene Regional.
CSF enters the 2013 season after winning its 26th conference title in 2012, and making its 34th postseason appearance. The Titans finished the year ranked 21st in the final Baseball America Top-25 poll.
UNLV finished the 2012 season with a record of 26-31.
Fullerton will play its final game of the fall, Saturday, Nov. 3, at Goodwin Field, hosting Family Fun Day.
Family Fun Day festivities will begin with a free youth clinic for kids 13-and-under from 9-10:30 a.m. Following the clinic, kids will be invited to stick around and watch the Titans play a scrimmage against UC Santa Barbara, which is scheduled for a 2:00 p.m. first pitch.
