FULLERTON, Calif. – Cal State Fullerton did it again, this time sweeping Montana 3-0 (25-23, 25-23, 25-18) to improve to a 2-1 on the young season, Saturday morning inside Titan Gym.
Overall the Titans (2-1) have won eight of their last nine sets and have won back-to-back contest now for the first time since 2016.

For the third consecutive contest, Madeline Schneider led all players in kills with 13 to go along with a .345 attacking percentage on 29 total attacks. Felicia Marshall notched her first double-double of her young career, recording 11 kills and 11 digs.
Tyler Fezzey also came up with nine kills and Savahna Costello led all players with 21 digs.

This was as dominating as a performance as one will see, as the Titans led from start to finish and got better as the day went on.
Fullerton only produced a .111 attack percentage in the opening set, but continued to improve from then on. The Titans landed 16 kills on only five errors in set two and 14 kills and three errors in the third and final set.
Fullerton now hits the road for its longest road trip of the season, as it'll head to the east coast to take on Manhattan, Thursday at 2 pm PT before taking part in the St. Francis Brooklyn Classic.
