It's now time to recognize our third senior as we lead up to her final match as a Titan on Saturday. She's a 5-8 setter from Trabuco Canyon, California. Ladies and gentlemen, Katie Roux.
Roux has been a staple for the Titans for four seasons, as she's logged 88 matches and has played in 269 sets during her career. She's also accumulated 516 digs and 74 assists. She logged a career-high 18 digs on Oct. 15, 2016 vs. UC Santa Barbara, while she recorded a career-best four service aces this year vs. CSUN on Sept. 19.

FullertonTitans.com: What's going through your head as your Cal State Fullerton career comes to an end?
Roux: I'm just overwhelmed and excited to finish my career here, as I've had so many exciting opportunities on and off the court.
FullertonTitans.com: You were here when coach Preston first got here. Can you talk about your relationship and what she means to you?
Roux: Obviously getting a new coach was an adjustment in itself. Coach P and I didn't have a connection right off the bat, but now we have an amazing relationship. We can joke and tease each other, but really get down to business as well. I know she views me as a leader and I'm very grateful I've been able to take on that role for her.
FullertonTitans.com: What would you say your leadership style is?
Roux: I'm more of a vocal leader. I'm always talking on the court trying to get everyone excited and pumped and really just brining the good vibes.
FullertonTitans.com: What's been one of your favorite moments at Cal State Fullerton?
Roux: It's hard to narrow it down to one, but I'd say the Hawai'i trips have always been fun. Those have all been extremely memorable.
FullertonTitans.com: What's been a favorite class that you've had?

Roux: I've really enjoyed all of my criminal justice classes. Honestly, off the court I've just met some amazing people. From teachers to coaches, everyone here has been so supportive and I've made some relationships that will last a lifetime.
FullertonTitans.com: What will you miss most regarding your college experience?
Roux: I'm not sure yet, but I think I'll miss just having a regiment and a schedule. Everything is set out for me for the entire day, so that will be an adjustment. Obviously, I'm going to miss my teammates and the coaching staff and all the fun times that we've had here.
FullertonTitans.com: What are you hoping to do after you graduate?
Roux: I'm hoping to go into the FBI. I want to go into criminal profiling or any kind of law enforcement investigative work.
