Cal State Fullerton continues its conference slate with a midweek trip to Crawford Court to face UC Irvine on Wednesday and then return home to Titan Gym for the first time in more than a month to face No. 10 Hawai'i on ESPN3.

Tickets for all Titans home games can be purchased online at FullertonTitans.com, or at the Cal State Fullerton Athletics Ticket Office, located in the Titan House on campus off of Gymnasium Drive on the northeast side of Titan Gym. Game day sales and will call tickets will open an hour prior to the scheduled time at the specific venue. All Cal State Fullerton students with a school ID get free admission.

UC IRVINE NOTES:

The Anteaters opened their conference slate with a pair of road losses at CSUN and Long Beach State. They will host the Titans in their home opener before taking on UC Davis on the road Saturday.

-Harlee Kekauoha continued her solid play for the Anteaters, leading the team with a 3.29 kill average last week.

-The freshman also posted four aces, half of the team's total of eight.

-Kekauoha was one of two Anteaters to log at least one solo block and a block assist last week and she picked up 1.57 digs in seven sets.

-Kekauoha, who hit .333 last week, owns a .339 hitting percentage and is ranked sixth in the Big West.

-She is eighth in kills (3.23) and fourth in aces (.34).

-Luna Tsujimoto has accumulated 204 digs and is averaging 3.85 per set to sit fifth in the Big West.

-Marisa Bubica made her first start since Aug. 29 against Long Beach State and gave the Anteaters a needed offensive boost.

-The outside hitter put away 15 kills in 39 attempts and hit .256 against the 49ers.

Bubica had been sidelined due to injury and is currently averaging 2.91 in 11 sets played.

-Shelley Anderson recorded 69 assists in two matches last week and moved to fourth in the UCI career records with 2,603.

-The junior has posted 40 or more assists in five matches this season with a season-high 48 against San Diego.

-Anderson also added 11 digs against Long Beach State to record her first double-double match this year. 

-She is fourth in the conference with a 8.42 assist average and fifth with 379 assists on the year.

-Victoria Dennis put away 10 of 20 attempts with just three errors to hit .350, a season-best for the outside hitter.

-Dennis' previous high was a .343 effort in the win against San Diego.

-The junior also chipped in 12 kills against Long Beach State.

-She leads UCI with a with 175 kills and a 3.30 per-set average.

-Dennis also tops the team with 10 solo blocks and is third with 30 total blocks overall.

-Dennis is seventh in the Big West in kills.

-Ella Rosenfeld and Idara Akpakpa share the team high with 41 total blocks and .77 averages.

HAWAI'I NOTES:

The Rainbow Wahine will come into Titan Gym ranked No. 10 in the nation in this week's American Volleyball Coaches Association poll, their highest ranking of the season.

-The Rainbow Wahine have won seven straight matches including three straight by way of sweep. They have not suffered a loss since falling in four sets to then No. 25 UCLA on Sept. 6.

-Hawai'i defeated UC Santa Barbara and Cal Poly to open Big West Conference play at the Stan Sheriff Center. In six sets played, Cal Poly was the only team that managed to score 20 points on Hawai'i, dropping the first set of the match 25-20.

-This will be the Rainbow Wahine's first road trip of the season after playing their first 13 games of the year at home. Following Friday night's game at Fullerton, Hawai'i will head to UC Riverside to take on the Highlanders on Saturday before returning home for six straight home conference games. They will finish off the regular season with six straight road games.

DOUBLE DEUCE:

Mackenzie Olsen recorded her second double-double of the season on Sept. 25 against UC Riverside. She tallied season highs with 45 assists and 12 digs and matched her career high with seven blocks against the Highlanders. Olsen set her career high back on Oct. 5, 2012 against UNC Wilmington during her freshman season at the University of Delaware.

DELGADO SETS CAREER HIGH:

Freshman Megann Delgado hammered down a career-best 18 kills on Sept. 25 in the conference opener at UC Riverside. Delgado also set a new best with a .275 hitting percentage (18-7-40).

WELCOME TO THE BLOCK PARTY:

The Titans set a new season-high with 27 blocks (three solo) at UC Riverside on Sept. 25. Mackenzie Olsen, Kandace Thomas and Kyra Hill all tied or set new career highs in blocks. Olsen tied a career best with seven block assists while Thomas set a new best with seven assists, tying her career high in overall blocks. Hill posted four blocks (two solo), a new career best. Her two solo blocks were also a new career high while her two block assists tied a career best.

SMITH POSTS CAREER HIGH IN KILLS:

Freshman Kyra Smith set a new career high with 13 kills at UC Riverside on Sept. 25. It was her first career double-digit kill performance. She also attacked at a .545 (13-1-22) clip, the second-best mark by a player on the team this season with a minimum of 12 kills in a match.

WE CAN DIG IT:

The Titans set a new season-high with 74 digs at UC Riverside on Sept. 25. Fullerton had five players record double-digit digs, led by Rachel Brown's career high 18. Paige Reed tallied 17 digs, her sixth game with 15 or more digs this season. Precious Manu also got into the action, setting a new career high with 13 digs while Mackenzie Olsen set a new season-high with 12 digs en route to a double-double. Katie Roux finished with 11 digs on the night.

BAKERS DOZEN:

Fullerton has lost its first 13 matches of the season for the fourth time since 1980 and first time since 1994 when the Titans went 1-28 after losing their first 26 matches of the season. In 1993, Fullerton lost 18 straight games to open the year and dropped 25 straight to start 1992.
