SAN DIEGO, Calif. – Caisey Lee Emery picked up her second win in singles play on the weekend out at ITA Regionals on Saturday.
First game of the day was in doubles for Petra Such and Caisey Lee Emery. They came short against CSUN doubles team of Toboso and Alcon, losing only 7-5.
Emery who already won a game this Friday in extra matches was looking to begin a win streak. This is exactly what she did, as she won against CSUN's Coetzee in straight sets 7-5, 6-4. This is her second win in a row. She now owns a 4-2 record singles play since the beginning of the fall.
Later in the day, Petra Such was faced Torres from USD but suffered a 6-0, 6-1 loss.
There will be extra matches played on Sunday starting at 9am PT. The games will still be played at USD. Full Results of this Saturday are listed below.
