Day 3 Results (PDF)

LONG BEACH, Calif. – The doubles team of Emilia Borkowski and Danielle Pham defeated Vivian Lin and Jessica Warren of CSUN, 8-7 (4), on Sunday in the third day of the Beach Tennis Tournament at Long Beach State to clinch the Flight B Championship.

One of two Titan teams two reach their respective finals, Borkowski and Pham earned Fullerton's first title of the fall.

Also competing in the finals, Camille De Leon and Alexis Valenzuela fell, 8-5, in the Flight A title match to Laura Eales and Hayley Thompson of Long Beach State.

In extra matches played, the team of Sarah Nuno and Masako Makiba defeated Lauren Burich and Kelsey Grambeau of Wisconsin, 8-5.

While in singles action, Nuno earned a win over Montana's Cam Kincaid, 6-2, 6-3, while De Leon defeated Portland State's Tracy Dong, 6-2, 6-7 (4), 6-0.

The Titans return to action on Thursday at the ITA Southwest Regionals in San Diego.
