FULLERTON, Calif. – The Cal State Fullerton women's tennis team lost the final match of its two-game home stand to Wyoming University, 5-2, at Titan Courts on Thursday afternoon.

Danielle Pham and Camille De Leon came away with the lone individual wins on Thursday afternoon.  Pham beat Jessica Parizher, 6-3, 6-2, in the No. 4 singles slot and De Leon finished the match on a high note for the Titans when she defeated Nastya Tokareva in dramatic fashion, 6-2, 3-6, 7-6 (2), in the final match of the day from the No. 2 spot.

The Cowgirls swept the doubles matches to earn the opening point of the day.  Wyoming went on to win the first two singles points as well from the No. 6 and No. 3 match ups, but could not close out the Titans as Pham's victory kept the Titans alive for another match.  The next point went to the Cowgirls, however, as Silviya Zhelyazkova defeated Borkowski, 7-5, 6-4, to clinch the victory for Wyoming.

The Titans conclude their short home stand with a 1-1 record after thoroughly beating Colorado State on Wednesday, 6-1, and will take a break from game action for a week.  The next match for Fullerton will come Thursday, April 2 at Cal Poly as the Titans look for their first Big West Conference win of the season.
