FULLERTON, CA -- A sweep of doubles and victories at the top three singles matches Thursday afternoon lifted Cal State Fullerton to a 5-2 non-conference women's tennis victory over Eastern Michigan.
The win evened the Titans' record at 5-5 while the Eagles fell to 1-9 with one more stop on their west coast tour.
Alexis Valenzuela at No. 1 singles had the most decisive win with a 6-2, 6-0 score over Klara Supejova.
Fullerton has another non-conference match Saturday vs. Pacific.
