FULLERTON, Calif. – The Cal State Fullerton women's tennis team suffered a 6-1 loss to No. 46 San Diego State in the Titans' opener on Saturday at the Aztec Tennis Center.
Freshman Camille De Leon was the only Titan to record a win in singles action, defeating Kennedy Davis, -1, 6-4 at No. 3 in the lineup.
The Titans also dropped the doubles point, although Kalika Slevcove and Alexis Valenzuela earned a win over Dora Somoracz and Hailey Johnson, 6-2, at No. 2.
The Titans return to action on Saturday, Jan. 25 hosting Air Force at 11 am at the Titan Tennis Courts.
