    With one of the toughest schedules in the nation, the Cal State Fullerton softball team tallied 34 victories and finished fourth in the Big West Conference. The Titans completed the first back-to-back 30-win seasons since 2006-07 after posting 33 wins a season ago during the 2014 season.

  • Taukeiaho Tabbed NFCA Third-Team All-American

    Cal State Fullerton junior third baseman Missy Taukeiaho was named to the 2015 NFCA Division I All-America Third Team the Association announced on Wednesday. Taukeiaho becomes Cal State Fullerton’s first two-time All-American since 2003, while being the 29th Titan to be named to an NFCA All-America Team and the 39th selection overall.

    Following three first-team nods on the All-Big West Conference team earlier this week, Cal State Fullerton juniors Missy Taukeiaho and Courtney Rodriguez were named to the 2015 National Fastpitch Coaches Association All-West Region First-Team while freshman Samantha Vandiver earned a spot on the second-team on Thursday.

The Titans and Highlanders will open up competition with a doubleheader on Saturday, followed by a single-game on Sunday to conclude the series.
