FULLERTON, Calif. – Former Titan forward Ann Marie Tangorra scored two second-half goals for the Alumni as the exhibition with the current Cal State Fullerton women's soccer team ended in a 2-2 tie at Titan Stadium on Friday night.

The 2014 Titans held a 2-0 lead with less than 20 minutes left to go, but Tangorra cut the deficit in half with her first goal in the 73rd minute as the 2012 Big West First Team selection hammered a shot low to the far post.

Just three minutes later, the Arcadia, Calif., native pushed a shot to the far post past Titan goalkeeper Jennifer Stuart as Claudia Munoz provided the assist, tying the game at 2-2.

Cal State Fullerton sophomore Ivy Diego scored the first goal of the match, cranking an 18-yard shot to the right post as the Titans took a 1-0 lead in the first half. With 10 minutes remaining until the break, freshman Tala Haddad found freshman Connie Caliz wide open in the penalty box as the rookie slotted a header into the back of the net and doubled CSF's lead to 2-0.

Twenty-nine former Titan greats returned to Titan Stadium on Friday night, spanning the 22-year history (1993-2014) of the program, including all-time leading goal scorer Dolores Browning Smith (1995-98) as well 2013 Big West Midfielder of the Year Erica Mazeau and 2013 Big West Goalkeeper of the Year Lindsey Maricic.

The Titans return to action on Sunday with a 6 p.m. kickoff at league-leading CSUN (7-7-1, 4-0-0). The Titans are currently sixth in the Big West standings with five regular season games remaining.
