Margo Dionisio is heading into her second full with the Cal State Fullerton women's golf program as the assistant coach. Dionisio helped lead the team to a record setting score at the Red Rocks Invitational in 2019, shooting a program best 858 in a 54-hole tournament. 

Dionisio graduated with a degree in Public Health Promotions from CSUN where she was a four-year letter winner. While at CSUN Dionisio earned All-Big West Honors in two of her four years while also serving as the team captain in her final two seasons. Dionisio is currently pursuing her teaching credentials in mathematics at CSULB.

College Playing Career:
2012-13
Dionisio competed in all 11 tournaments for the Matadors as a junior…finished second in stroke average … had two top-10 and one top-20 finish… earned her first Collegiate Win capturing the Lady Cougar Invitational… had two hole-in-ones within 20days.. after four seasons Dionisio finishes top-20 at the Big West Championship.

2011-12
Dionisio competed in all 11 tournaments for the Matadors as a junior ... finished second in stroke average... earned honorable mention All-Big West honors for the second time in three seasons ... led the Matadors with three top-10 finishes…best finish of the fall was a fifth-place showing at the Firestone Grill Invitational…while also finishing as the low player at all three dual matches ... was CSUN’s low scorer in five of seven spring tournaments…finished a season-best fourth, top-10, at the Big West Championship.

2010-11
Dionisio competed in 10 tournaments which was second-most on the team ...she finished fourth in stroke average… after two seasons Dionisio ranks second in Northridge history in stroke average... posted one top-10 and two top-20 finishes.

2009-10
Dionisio competed in 7 tournaments and 18 rounds as a true freshman ... led the Matadors as their number one player... earned honorable mention All-Big West honors in her first season ... posted four top-10 finishes and one top-20 finish ... finished a season-best third at the Aztec Fall Classic at Salt Creek G.C. in Chula Vista, Calif. ... finished 11th at the Big West Championship.

HIGH SCHOOL
Margo Dionisio was a four-year varsity letter winner in golf at California High School in Whittier, Calif. ... played the the No. 1 position as senior on an all boys team ... she won the Coaches Award in 2004 and 2007…was named team MVP in 2009 and earned All Del Rio League honors from 2005-09 ...she also competed in volleyball as a freshman where she won the Coaches Award ... graduated in 2009.

Born April 16, 1991 ... parents are Fidelino and Maritza Dionisio ... has one older sister, Monik who is an occupational therapist ... favorites include hiking, dancing, visiting museums, and watching movies…introduced to golf as a freshman in high school…worked diligently with a mental coach for putting…believes that a dream doesn’t become reality through magic, but with determination, sweat and hard work doors open.
