OC Register Story

Mirin Fader of the OC Register recently caught up with first-year assistant women's basketball coach Abi Olajuwon about beginning her coaching career and what she feels she can contribute to the Titans women's basketball program.

Olajuwon joined the Titans' coaching staff after devoting the past three years playing professionally in the WNBA and overseas. She was the fourth pick in the draft by the Chicago Sky in 2010, appearing in six games. The following season, Olajuwon was signed by the Tulsa Shock and played 16 games.
