Chip Fuller
Previous College: University of Notre Dame (1984)
Position: Director of Operations

Chip Fuller joins the Fullerton staff after compiling 20 years of coaching experience. For the past 15 years, Fuller has been an extremely successful staff coach for the Strikers FC soccer club in Irvine, Calif. - winning numerous League Championships with teams from U9 to U19. Currently, Chip is serving as a U.S. Soccer Development Academy coach (U18/U16).

From 2003 to 2006, Fuller was the Assistant Coach for Concordia University. Before Fuller's arrival, the Eagles had enjoyed just one winning season during their 16 years in the Golden State Athletic Conference, and they had never won a GSAC Championship. In fact, they had managed only 21 wins during those 16 years. In Fuller's 4 years with the program, Concordia boasted 27 victories and won two GSAC Championships.

In 2004, Coach Fuller was asked to overhaul the struggling six-team program at University High in Irvine, CA. In just six years, Fuller developed UNI into one of the most successful soccer programs in Orange County, CA. winning six Pacific Coast League Championships.

As a soccer player, Fuller was the captain for U.S. Marine Corps teams in Iwakuni, Japan and Quantico, VA. During his college career he played for Indiana State University and the University of Notre Dame. During his sophomore year, Fuller was named the captain for the ISU Sycamores. Fuller transferred to UND before his junior year and was enjoying a successful campaign with the Fighting Irish until he was sidelined with a season ending injury. Fuller received Monograms at both universities and graduated in 1984 from Notre Dame with a degree in Business Administration.

Chip and his wife Linda (his high school sweetheart) have six children.
